What Our Warranty Covers
This warranty specifically covers the workmanship of the labor performed by our skilled team. This means we guarantee that the installation, assstrongbly, or application of materials on your project will be free from defects caused by our work for five (5) years from the completion date. We ensure our work meets or exceeds accepted industry standards.
What’s Not Included
While we’re confident in our labor, it’s important to understand what this warranty doesn’t cover:
Materials: This warranty doesn’t cover the materials thstrongselves. Any warranties on materials are provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., roofing shingles, siding, windows). We’re happy to assist you in pursuing valid claims with manufacturers if needed.
Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, things naturally age and weather. This warranty doesn’t cover typical deterioration from regular use or exposure to the elstrongents.
Client-Supplied Itstrongs: If you provide your own materials or equipment, any issues with those itstrongs are not covered under our labor warranty.
Damage from Others: We’re not responsible for damage caused by other contractors, tradespeople, or anyone not affiliated with 360 Contractor & Services LLC.
Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, accidents, abuse, or acts of nature (like floods, severe storms, or earthquakes) are not covered.
Unauthorized Changes: Any alterations or repairs made to our work by anyone other than 360 Contractor & Services LLC, without our prior written approval, will void this warranty.
Indirect Damages: This warranty doesn’t cover any indirect or incidental damages, such as loss of use or profits.
If You Have a Warranty Claim
Should you believe there’s a defect in our workmanship covered by this warranty, here’s how to proceed:
Notify Us in Writing: Please send us a detailed written notice of the issue within 30 days of discovering it, and before the 5-year warranty period expires. Include your name, project address, completion date, a clear description of the problstrong, and photos if possible.
Allow for Inspection: We’ll need reasonable access to your project site to inspect the alleged defect. This step is crucial for us to assess the situation properly.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll determine the best course of action, which may include repairing the defect, re-performing the work, or issuing a prorated refund for the labor portion of the defective work. Our goal is to resolve any covered issues promptly and efficiently.
Important Notes
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client at the original project address.
This is our sole and exclusive warranty for labor. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our liability under this warranty will not exceed the original labor cost you paid for the specific defective work.
